Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a pair of running shoes from their website. It seemed "too good to be true", so I should’ve known, but their website was "https" so I thought it’d be okay. Anyway, I began to be suspicious (or more so) when the correspondence I received from them had no contact information for them and no tracking number for my item purchased. I emailed them 3 days after I placed my order to find out the tracking number or when I could expect my purchase, and I never heard back. It’s been 4 days. This morning I researched more (6 days too late), and found that others have had the same experience and that basically this company is a fraud. Turns out, their address is a hotel. I should’ve researched more at the onset of my purchase, but I did not, and now I am out $62. I would like my money back or I would like the item I purchased. I would also like this company sued for fraud.
