I ordered a quilt on October 10, paid w credit card, about 70$. I never got my purchase. I contacted customer service many times but never got a concrete answer. I noticed a foreign country fee on my credit card, so they must be funneling money out of country (India?). If there is any way to get my money back I would appreciate it.

Ordered a blanket from this company in October. No product received, no update provided. Several attempts to contact them have been made and receive no response except an auto generated response. Filled a complaint with Facebook (original ad listed with them) and with PayPal as well.

I purchased a quilt from Azalaunch through Facebook. A month later and I have still not received my quilt. The company does not reply to emails. The company had no phone number to call for help. The Facebook site has comment after comment about this company scamming them. Do Not order from this company. They are a fraud.

I ordered a blanket from this site on 11/2/18 and paid $64.90. The money was taken out of my account on that same day. I never received the blanket and the web site is not working. There is no number to call or any way to get your money back. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

I ordered a blanket from this company and have been trying to get ahold of them by email with no response. I paid $55 plus the shipping of this product. This one on my credit card. I have not received the product I have also not heard anything from them. Look for phone number could not find one. All I want is my money back or the product that I ordered. These products ordered over 7 weeks ago. I’d appreciate some help. Thanks ***.
