Type of a scam Online Purchase

I have confirmation of an order for a 2-in-1 Curling and Straightening Iron × 1. Purchased on November 5, 2017 for $69.99. It cleared my credit card the same day. I received an email that is was shipped out on the same day as well (11/5/17), with a link to track my order. The tracking does not work, and when I emailed the address above to find out why the tracking wasn’t working, it comes back that this email address is no longer active. There is no phone number or mailing address on the website either. I don’t know what to do at this point.
