OMG! I’ve been scammed! I was asked on a website(I believe it was for Publishers House Sweepstakes) to complete a survey and then to choose a prize and only pay for shipping. I received the prize and paid the shipping charge but… now I have been charged $98.41 and $97.41 for the products! I called their Customer Service center and told them I expect a full refund and I will return the products which have not been used or even tried! The representative told me that I would receive a full refund in 2 weeks! I just read some of the other complaints from people who have experienced this same problem!! I told the representative that I was reporting this as a scam! I can’t believe I fell for this!!

This product was advertised on Amazon. I ordered a free trial and received trial product. Then I was charged $98.41 and $97.41 as monthly charges for product that I never received. I called customer service and was given a run around. The agent I spoke with claimed no management was present, but each time I turned down a “final offer”, she put me on hold to get approval on a better final offer. Do not fall for this scam!
