Type of a scam Credit Cards

Received email to participate in Amazon survey for free skin care products with a 1 time charge for shipping and handling. I completed the survey received the product. 2 weeks later I see an additional charges to my account for almost $200. After calling my bank to put a block on it they referred me back to the company. I spoke with Alondra employee ID 5105 and told her I never authorized said charges (2 separate charges) she canceled my account would not let me seak to a supervisor and would only refund me 50% in 7-10 days. She stated that it was a monthly charge. I then called the other phone number given to me by my bank and spoke with a male representative who stated that my account was indeed canceled and when I stated I was going to contact Amazon and ScamPulse.com he hung up on me.Immediately after getting off the phone I received 2 more emails confirming a new order. I then called back and they said it was an email generated in error. Refund is still pending. This company fraudulently advertises free skin care products for completing surveys. I would like a full refund however I doubt that will happen and because I seriously doubt that there will not be any further charges to my account after I receive my refund ( still waiting for refund at this time) I will have to cancel my card.
