I ordered flowers for my boss after her surgery. I paid $78 for a bouquet that not only had delayed delivery, but they literally looked like they were in the clearance section at ****** of half dead flowers. I waited forever on hold & was given a "run around", after I demanded they send new flowers, they finally agreed that they would deliver new flowers in four more days. That day came and went. I called them six days later to tell them the flowers were never delivered, and they said it had been more than 24 hours since the flowers were delivered, and they would not refund the money. I then went online and found that many others had reported this company and that it was a scam.

We ordered a bouquet of flowers today from Ava’s flowers. We customize the order with a representative (claiming they were located in the area in which the flowers were to be delivered). We purchased 3 roses, 3 teddy bears, and 2 balloons for a total of 115.00. We made certain all was in good order and confirmed. The delivery came from *** *** in *** GA who received a 34.99 order of one rose, two balloons, and a bear. Our account was charged 115 but what we received was far different. The owner of the shop in *** stated how horrible this company is and the amount of scams that happen where they customize and charge for one thing but submit to the actual florist a whole different and less expensive order.

The *** GA florist is making everything right on Monday, but we are angry that the company in NJ continues to get away with this. They have multiple bbb complaints and vast numbers of negative reviews on social media and other outlets.

Ordered flowers online yesterday to be delivered same day. In the delivery notes, I stated if no one home, leave flowers on the porch. Notification that there was an attempt made. However, we have a Nest security camera. The camera shows no one coming or leaving our property yesterday. Called 5x today, and after navigating their phone tree hell, I finally reached a person. I was assured the flowers would be delivered by noon local time. Then by 5. Then by 7. It is now 7:12, and now no flowers. I called right at 7, and was told that the local florist was now closed. I requested the name of the florist and was told that they weren’t allowed to provide that. I feel scammed, and apparently, there is a fb group with 1200 members discussing the dishonest practices of Ava’s flowers-very similar, if not identical to mine.

Flowers were ordered on 5/7/19 and was told they would arrive same day. Four days later, nothing. Found out they farmed the order to a business that has no business being in business who hung up the phone on me 8 times. $70.00 dollars later, nothing. This business needs prosecution.

A Family friend ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral. It was to be delivered on Friday, April 21. Before 4:00pm. Did not arrived. I called twice and was given to 3 different people. I was told it was in route on a truck. Never arrived. Saturday, April 22 called again at 2pm to ask when flowers would be delivered. Same script-out-for delivery, couldn’t get a hold of the driver and said they could not give the name of actual florist making arrangement. Called again at 7pm and was told the same thing. Talked on phone for a total of 1 hour trying to get resolved. Was transferred about 4 times with no answers. Flowers finally arrived around 8am on Sunday, April 23. No notification that it was delivered (we found them on our way to church). Floral arrangement had broken leaves, dirty leaves, a makeshift card with misspelling and not what was ordered at all. No mention of florist that made arrangement. It looked like something out of a garage. Sent an email and got a response that they would look into it. I told them I was turning them in to BBB. This was NOT acceptable especially during a funeral!! Also, no an $88 arrangement at all.

Type of a scam Credit Cards

I ordered online an arrangement of funeral flowers to be delivered. Paid credit card AMEX and received a confirmation of delivery via email. The arrangement was NEVER delivered. And they refused to refund me until after 2 hours of me threatening to report them, eventhough it says clearly on their website that unsatisfied costumers will be refunded within 24 hrs. of delivery. They accepted that the delivery was not made and wanted to refund me only $9.99 for delivery. This is stealing and should be stopped. Grieving people hardly ever check about flowers sent. Perfect scam to get away with. I am sure I was not the only one.
