Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

This company is selling counterfeit products. Namely, the Fingerlings toys, packaged to look like the real thing with the Wowwee Company logos and bar codes. The product itself is not an authentic Fingerling. It is a cheap knock-off. This is evidenced by slight differences in packaging (for example, the item does not have a name on the back, though it says "My Name Is" as well as a lack of ties on the product inside the package) and in the item lacking the Wowwee stamps on the back of the toy.
