A professional envelope arrives in the mail. It looks similar to car registration bill with tear-offs on each end.

Says "SECOND NOTICE on front and a threat of fine or imprisonment for obstructing delivery.

It;s a scam fir extending auto warranty. Located in St Peters, Mo. The intimidating letter forces

you to open and notifying you must respond to 800 431 9163, CALL IMMEDIATELY. If you look closely

it does say this is not a bill. It’s a scam. If you look up the address I obtained from the call center,

339 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, Saint Peters, MO 63376-1516, there are a number of complaints against them via BBB.
