These people have been calling me incessantly from fake numbers over and over again so blocking them is useless because they’ll call from a different number. I have a very old car and they’re trying to scam me into a warranty plan where I’m paying much more money than this car is worth. I need these calls to stop.

I receive calls from this company – spoofed to look like the call is coming from a local area code – multiple times DAILY. I’m on the federal Do Not Call registry, and have informed them as such. In addition, I’ve answered the phone several times and instructed the caller to leave me alone, that they are in violation of the do not call registry, to no avail. I’ve called them back repeatedly, asking for supervisors or other means to get this to stop, also with no results – they just hang up on me.

I have been receiving phone calls for years regarding warranty on a vehicle i purchased. they say they are Auto Protection Dept out of California, but will not give any other information and they call from a WV area code (304) 309-6457. I googled and there is a business in CA with that name that number is (949) 238-1301. i have asked them repeatedly to stop calling, threatened to sue them, told them i was going to sue, told them i didnt have the vehicle anymore, and so on. they still continue to call and will not stop. I dont understand why they will not stop calling and harrassing me, and also why they want me to give them money but not tell my anything about their business. and i also get phone calls from another place in Hinton WV (304)309-6251. these numbers seem to call my cell and home phone and they one one after the other from both places.
