Type of a scam Online Purchase

I attempted to order an item on this website. Two weeks went by and the item had not arrived. I checked my credit card statement and a different amount was charged and the retailer information was unfamiliar on the date of purchase. I tried to order with another card, thinking the two prior were not related. I checked my statement immediately after the charge and a different amount from the purchase amount was charged and the retailer information was again not familiar: myandourandroidpe… which has nothing to do with the merchandise I tried to order. I believe this website is either fake or someone hacked into the site. I tried to contact the retailer via email and never received a response.
