Type of a scam Employment

I received an email in regards to becoming a travel manager for a Italian based company. They offed me 3K per month base pay plus 5% commission and bonus’s for timely money transactions from USA customers booking travel across the world. Company checks would be issued and sent to me for deposits on travel accounts for travel. They asked to cash the check and take a 5% commission and send the rest of the amount via Western Union to the manager and location provided by them. Most communication was via email with valid websites and businesses. So when I inquired about fraud they had a rep call me from a local number and answer a few questions to set me at ease. The scam is that when you "cash" the check you are actually generating the funds personally. As soon as they had confirmation of the Western Union transaction they revered the original cashed check leaving you on the hook for the full amount. Nice try but I caught them in time to get a full refund from Western Union. Great service from them by the way!…See some of the communication received including a full employment application.
