First a person called telling me I needed to call a number because they were an answering type service and was given a court ID number. When I called the number and gave then the ID number they stated that my husband had opened a credit card account in 2001 and it had been paid up until 2010. They wanted me to pay them 2955.53 cents to settle the account or they were going to take it to court. I called my husband who said he had never gotten a credit card during that time period I decided to call PNC bank and gave them my husbands info to see if he had an overdue account through them and they said he didn’t have one ever with them not even in 2001 or anytime before or after that time.
