Here is what happened, I called to change my monthly plan to a better one and to add people, I got offered 50% discount on the galaxy s9+ phone from the ATT representative, I accepted and purchased the phone, received it 2-3 days later, the same representative that sold me the phone had to call me, but never did, so I called and after a lot of hours on the phone with them they said they can’t honor the offer that I purchased this phone with. I was disbelieving that this is possible from a company like ATT and then I started contacting different agencies for help. The lady that contacted me from the office of the President has been very rude and couldn’t care less for my issue. She hasn’t been helpful in any way only stating the same thing over and over again. They would agree to take the phone back, but would not refund any of the money that I have spent on it (monthly charge and taxes payed upon ordering the phone). The phone hasn’t been used at all and has been turned off !
