We were charged $800 to remove ice damn and snow from roof. This was to include clean up. Their snow blower broke so I was left to do clean up of ice. No snow was removed. The statement said "7 sections " of gutter cleared but only 4. This is a small gutter without 7 sections. When contacted he agreed snow blower broke and he would refund us $300. We have not received check and there has been no response to calls, emails, letter
