Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Received Notice of Continuation/ New Order Offer in mail. From "APG" Atlantic Publishers Group.LLC, telling me my HGTV Magazine, at the price of $59.95 for 1 Year, to be sent in by June6, 2017. Make check out to them. This is an an offer from an independent agent. not a bill. This was on bottom on page. this 2 1/2 times what I usually pay, so I got to checking my account at HGTV Magazine. Hope this helps someone to not be scammed by these people.
