Type of a scam Debt Collections

I got a letter in the mail stating this was an attempt to collect debt from Mayo Clinic Health System La Crosse Clinic. I do not live in La Crosse nor have I ever been to that clinic. When I tried to go to the website the first 2 times it came up as a warning that they were trying to obtain personal information but then the website worked. I did not enter my information. There is an account number which makes it look official but I contacted the payment center at Mayo Clinic and the account number is not valid.
