Our clinic has received a couple of calls from Aspire Rx related to compound creams, ointments, etc. to verify if their MD/provider will 1) authorize a numeric medication "417, 409, 603" and 2) supply patient demographics. Aspire Rx isn’t always able to supply ingredients of the numeric compound, and the compounds are atypical. We have consulted patients about whether they requested given Rx. They report receiving a cold call soliciting Rx. Could please check into this as the company is quite pushy with patient’s and is suspicious sounding on the phone with clinic staff.
