I paid 550 for a papillon puppy through Zellie. The website is asherpapillonpups.com

He said his name was Tommy Reeves from Erie Pa. Never received dog. He offered the same dog I had purchased to someone else, after I had paid for it. I have not heard from him again. Found other complaints about this sellar online. He has scammed MANY people!!!
