Type of a scam Tech Support
My daughter was trying to contact Apple Customer Service. Googled it and the phone number came up. She called them and they remoted into her computer. They were trying to get her to purchase software and such. She got suspicious so she hung up. I then called the number, they told me they are customer support for Apple, which is false. I then called Apple at 800-692-7753 and they told me that they are the only ones and that it has to be a scam. We are worried now that they have hacked into my daughters computer.
