Seller advertises a product at a discount. After the purchase, the seller charges your credit card. The seller, after being contacted, stated that the item was out of stock, and that a refund was issued. The seller did not issue a refund or respond to further e-mails. Upon researching online, the seller has done this to many customers. The seller has no phone number, and appears to be a scam.

I placed an order on this online website. I requested to cancel my order 2 days later as I found a different option I wanted to go with. I received an email immediately notifying me that my order has been cancelled and that I would receive a refund 7-21 days later. After 21 days and no refund, I attempted to contact the company 3 times requesting a status update on my refund. I was never answered. This company has no telephone number or other means of contact besides the inquiry submission form where you immediately get an auto response. I never received my refund nor a response from this company.

I Googled for a certain type above ground pool and this website came up. Found a deal about $30 less than I could get on Amazon, so I bought it, using my debit card. I noticed right away it did not save the correct mailing address, so I sent an email and got a reply within hours that it was fixed. A couple days later, I got an em that it shipped. When I did not get tracking info, they responded saying it would be there with 5-10 business days. I started looking on the website for a phone number, noticed there was not one, sent an em asking for a phone number. Again I was told I would get the pool in a few days. THEN, I got an em that they are sorry, they are refunding my money, and oversold the pool. Now I am super suspicions. They said I would get the refund in 7-21 days. So I would wait a few days, em them again. At this point they stopped responding to my emails. I called the leasing office for the address they have on the website today, and was told this site was a scam, and they have had many calls in the last few months and that the authorities are aware. I am not getting my money back due to the fact it was scam. PLEASE BEWARE!

We ordered a wagon for our children. We received a very "legit" looking order confirmation right after paying for it. I wanted to be able to track our package and contact the company after ordering. There was no phone number listed to contact, but rather, just an email and an address. My order has said "Processing" for over a month now and I have emailed several times regarding my order with no response. The wagon has not shown up but our money was taken out the day we ordered.

Do not order from this website. We have turned our purchase dispute into a further investigation with our bank and police.

Place order on 7/21 for a printer toner. Did not receive my order after a couple of weeks. I checked their order status and it said that they refunded me $77 charge. However, no refund was received. I tried to contact them through their website (the only contact they have) and they did not respond.

I searched up bedframes for sale online using the search engine Google. ArtsCraftsZone prompted up on the screen with an assumed good offering (free shipping and low cost on a good bedframe). I purchased the item online and was provided with the information that it would take 5-7 business days for the item to be received. Upon contacting them, they provided vague information with no phone number, tracking number, or assistance in locating the package. I did a little research and found that the address provided on their website is inaccurate/fake.
