I ordered a wheel chair in July on Artscraftszone.com. I received a conformation email with a conformation #, everything seemed very legitimate. After 6 weeks I did try to contact the company to inquire about tracking the item. I found no contact information other than an address in Oakland, CA. Upon contacting the local Oakland Yellow Pages in search of a phone #, they had no listing for this company.

A search of reviews led me to Trust Pilot which had numerous negitive reviews with stories matching mine. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/artscraftszone.com

This company certainly appears to be bogus and I have little hope of having my money returned.

I purchased an item from them and got a receipt. They took money and never shipped my order. I followed up and sent them several emails to which they have never replied to. Supposedly my order was refunded, but it’s been at least two weeks now and I still haven’t received my money nor confirmation from them as to when it was processed. There is no phone number to contact them, just a Contact Us button on their website.

Wi was online trying To find the best price on a DeWalt drill and their website popped up I decided to purchase the product I waited approximately seven days never received any order in the mail or product I then emailed them back testing where my order was that because it still showed in processing on their website they email me back and said it would be delivered within 5 to 7 business days I have emailed them for separate times since then it’s been over a month and I have still yet to get a response back from my initial response or any emails regarding the status of my order I had to contact my credit card company and I also decided to report them to the ScamPulse.com do not buy from company
