Type of a scam Debt Collections

ARS Collection agency has been contacting me using different numbers and people up to 20 times a day. They have threatened arrest, warrants, jail time and my well being. Richard and "Heather Lockwood" have screamed, called me names, and told me to die a slow death. No one will verify this debt and no one will verify truthful information. Each time I am called and I threatened and told a different amount of money I need to pay within 24 hours or I will be taken to jail. They have also called family members and threatened them. THIS HAS TO STOP!
