Type of a scam Identity Theft

On 10-30-18 I received calls at work from Spot Loans stating I owe them money, wanted to speak to my supervisor and they will have me arrested. Today I received a call at work from ARS stating I owed Spot Loan money and they were going to send me a judgement tomorrow at work. When I refused to cooperate, the woman told me that the company I work for will know that I am a thief because I will not pay back a loan. I received another call from ARS on my cell phone. Ms. *** stated that I will have a certified notice coming to my home to be signed because of a grievance filed against me on Oct 12th. I or my attorney has to sign the certified notice. In addition a legal carrier will bring me this information. It was because of check fraud. I RARELY write checks! I had a loan with Spot Loan in 2014. I filed bankruptcy and Spot Loan was included in the bankruptcy – $400.00.
