Arroyo villas at maryland lakes. My rent is supposed to be $726.00 these are acclaimed luxury apartment homes but they are anything but that. I pay srp and also water sewer trash and a service fee from a utility company through"arroyo villas" i work all day my bill should be no more then $30bucks but every month i recieve a invoice of $79-90 separate from srp this is not legit! My neighbors all have they same amount bill its hard to believe we all use the same amount every month. Its a scam.They need to be investigated.
