I’ve had a few of the same call. The person who calls says they are a process server from the County. I’ve had a call from a couple of different counties, including one in CO where I lived over 13 years ago. The "process server" says they could not deliver a court summons to your address and provides a case number and a phone number, (888) 876-8537 x226 to "Armstead Legal Services". When this number is called, the person who answers says that you are being sued. These people have called my employer and asked to speak to my boss. These scammers are relentless, contacting employers and loved ones spreading lies and defaming character. I checked the County Superior Courts and there is no suit in my name.
