Type of a scam Family/Friend Emergency
Called the consumer and said they were her friend Roberto and he was in an accident but he was in jail and he needed to get out. 13A675 was the case number that they gave her. They said the attorney would call her back. She called Roberto directly and he was home. She did not answer when they called back to get funds.
