Type of a scam Employment

So I applied for an Administrative Assistant position through Work Source. Normally I check out the company’s web site if I’ve never heard of them. This time I did not. Four days later I receive an email asking me if I would like to interview via Google Hangouts, video chat. Okay sure, I’ve done this before with a home based job, no problem. 1st red flag: her video wouldn’t work. So we proceeded with chatting back and forth. Pretty basic questions and nothing to red flag me. After several questions, she offers me the job, 2nd red flag, with a company laptop that will be mailed to me and software (a list of software I’ve never heard of) and a check to get me started, 3rd red flag. Pay offered $24.75 per hour (10 to 40 hours a week) 4th red flag. Now I’m just starting to play along without giving anymore of my personal information (but she already has my resume). She states to me she will be sending an email shortly with the application and to fill it out and send it back. Email arrived within minutes. 5th red flag, she misspelled the company in her email. 6th red flag, the application was barely legible since the company logo was plastered all over it (see enclosed photos), 7th red flag, the company was spelled a different way on the application. 8th red flag, on page one of the application it stated I was an applicant of Wisconsin. This all happened yesterday. This morning at 5:30 AM, as I’m cruising the WWW, I get a text message from her asking if I was online. Weird? So I go to Google Hangouts, and of course her video chat isn’t work again 8th red flag. She wanted to confirm that my package is being delivered today via FEDEx and proceeds to give me a tracking number, which I look up and behold, an envelope is being delivered to me at 11 AM today, 9th red flag (see enclosed photo). She advised me that when I receive the envelope to contact her immediately. I agree (10th red flag). Now I’m really playing along, since I spent so much time trying to find this company, which I did no problem (have no clue which spelling is correct) only to be lead to a very basic (half in spanish) web site (see enclosed) and only one contact number which I did call and left a message for someone to contact me (still waiting on that call back). So by now I know the jig is up. I ask this lady (Cara is her name) could I have a contact number for HR and company info, directory list of contacts etc.
