Offered a trial offer for skincare. I received the product 5 or more days later. I was charged for the full size products 14 days from order not from receipt. The trial size products never arrived, just full size. I emailed the support line and received a non-deliverable reply. I called the number on the box and was sent to a message box. I found my order receipt and called the number shown. After being transferred a few times I was hung up on. I called back and was told they don’t give refunds. Even if you are unable to use the product. They don’t accept returns due to health concerns because they have been opened. My order was cancelled for future delivery. I was told to call the other company to cancel their product. I was given the number and called them. I was told that my account had been cancelled. No, they don’t accept returns or issue refunds.
