Type of a scam Employment

was contacted by a lady named Anna Rey, regarding a position for data entry. She had me contact her via google hangout. She explained to me that they needed a data entry clerk to work from home. She said they pay $35.00 an hour, and that everything I needed would be paid for. They e-mailed me a check for $850.00 which I deposited into my account. She told me to send their vendor $750.00 from the $850.00 they gave me for supplies. As soon as the check cleared, I did that. She then informed me that the vendor said it wasn’t enough money to cover everything, so this morning they sent me a check for $950.55, that check hasn’t cleared yet. In the meantime the check they sent me for $850.00 was returned to the sender. This has put my account in the negative of $750.00 dollars. I just tried contact Anna, but she wasn’t available. I am thinking that I have been scammed. What can I do about this?
