They advertise on the Letgo app, I found them on there. I communicated with someone on the app and decided to buy the fridge. It was $780 cash with delivery and installation and they offered a 3 month warranty.

The fridge began to give me problems within weeks and one month later, the freezer stopped working.

I’ve tried time and time again to contact them only to get the runaround and they were removed from advertising on the app. When I did get ahold of someone they said they’d send out a technician and never did.

Now I am at a loss of $780.

Scammer uses Let Go mobile app to sell refurbished appliances at lower prices with warranty. When called upon for warranty repair they will give you the run around and or try to replace the product with another that doesn’t not fit needs.They fail to mention that there is no cash back policy prior to sale. They will not return your money even if they cannot accommodate or provide items you need. They make false appointments for repair to have you wait and no one show, and continue to tell you what you want to hear. No one knows where anyone is and they fail to hold proper seller’s license.
