Type of a scam Online Purchase

I needed a part for my washing machine so of course I get online and find the first part that pops up which is the cheapest. And I think oh it’s not a bad deal so I’ll go ahead and order it, and everything looks good cheapest part paid $10 extra for two day delivery and waited. I received a tracking number I did receive a confirmation email though with no tracking number with the information of where it was going and who was being billed. After a week I started to wonder. I emailed the email address that you sent me the confirmation no reply. I’ve messaged on their website and no answer. This is definitely a scam I suggest that they not be the first person first business that pops up on your Google whenever you’re looking for these parts and I would greatly appreciate if they were shut down because they’re pathetic.
