Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Our school’s fundraiser was hacked and this company received everyone’s email address tied to the fundraiser, shortly after, we all started getting these scam emails saying our prompt payment of the invoice was required. Attached is a link to an invoice for thousands of dollars. These have been hitting my inbox about once a week for over a year. I did report them once the first few arrived, but nothing seems to happen.
