I was waiting on a call back from Apple Support due to unknown charges and received a call from a male identifying himself as an employee. During explaining the charges he asked for the card information that was used and upon giving him he debited $998.00 from my bank account. Once I realized what happened I tried to call the number back and it’s now disconnected.
