Type of a scam Phishing

I ordered a piece of merchandise from this website and about a week later I had $1,200 of fraudulent charges on my credit card. Cancelled the card and wasn’t sure how someone got my information. A month goes by and I never received by purchase from the company so I emailed their customer support to get a refund, immediately bounced and said that the email did not exsist. I checked their facebook and some of the comments said they never received their packages either.
