On 1/04/18 our business received a phone call stating they were Appalachian Power and our account was over due and they would turn off our power in 45 minutes if payment was not made. We were given a call back number. When the number was called it does have a recording like you normally hear when Appalachian Power is called. After checking with our corporate office they checked into this and our account is current. The power company told us to report it to the BBB and this was the fifth call they had received today on this. The contact number they gave us is 888-943-6967.
