Type of a scam Tech Support

They have put viruses on my computer and constantly call my home pretending they are a Microsoft Company in which they changed names numerous times, and now want to save my computer from hackers and want me to pay for it. They call from different numbers none of which I can call back. Yesterday They tried to convince me that they were from the ScamPulse.com. I told Robbi that if you were from the ScamPulse.com my caller ID would have shown that. I hang up on him and then he calls me back with a Pennsburg PA number (267-923-2014)These people speak very little English with American names. I did give them money at one time unaware of who they were, so I became an easy target for them, so now they are very persistent and rude to say the least. I do not want to see consumers being taking advantage of by these perpetrators. It is unlawful. Please help us. I need them to stop harassing me and everyone else. I was a student at the time, and they try and offer me Government Grants, and call to ask me about the job websites I applied to and want me to stay on the phone while they direct me to a specific site.
