Type of a scam Phishing

I have been deluged with non stop calls from this group. I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list, which apparently makes no difference. The latest caller, Nick *** from the Toronto Call Center, told me it makes no difference and I will still continue to receive phone calls. When asked to speak to a manager, he said that a manager will only talk to me if I sign up for their service.

I have been searching on how to be removed from their calling list, including calling Apex Signals Toronto office directly. They told me that Apex signals does not have a complaints department, and that there was no one that could remove me from my list. It was at this point the person I was talking to told me to change my phone number, as I will continue to receive phone calls. The person on the phone refused to give me their name, position, employee number or anything to identify who I was talking to.

AVOID ANYTHING TO DO WITH APEX SIGNALS!!!

I am now seeking government help to deal with this harassment, as I have received over 50 phone calls from this company trying to sign me up for their scam service.

Type of a scam Identity Theft

individuals keep calling as much as ten times a day, usually from a "Private Name, Private Caller" phone number although one time it came thru as (647) 557-2392. Say they are a financial company offering information on trading. Refuse to stop calling and get angry when you don’t give them information or go to the website they keep trying to get you to enter into the computer. Callers say they are from Spain but are based out of Toronto.
