Type of a scam Debt Collections

Received a call from a woman stating she is a courier service for phone number 9842550478 stating she has legal documents for me and that I need to call this number and ref # 1341056. I called this number and spoke with Morgan who said this was a loan default and civil action was being taken. I called the county I live in and a neighboring county. No civil suits for me and I do not have an outstanding load in default. When I told her I was going to record the call she placed me on hold and then came back to say she would inform the company that I was disputing this and then call disconnected. No paperwork received. Initial call came from private number.
