I ordered a clutch kit for my car from apexclutch.com. everything seemed fine when i placed my order. Got conformation email saying my order has been placed. This was july 15th 2019. 2 weeks go by and i have not got a tracking email so i decided to send them an email to see whats up. No response via email so i give them a call. Lines busy. I try an hour later thinking they probably have someone else on the line, still busy. Sent another email trying to get a response and still no response.

I have sent numerous emails requesting a call back have not gotten one. I have called but the line go busy. I have not heard a word from them. I requested my order be cancelled. Which now doesn’t come up on the website when I track order. I haven’t been refunded my money.
