Sent the wrong product! I called they said they would send me a email to return the product. They have not done anything! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

This is a terrible company I will never order and would never recommend anybody order anything from them they sent us the wrong product and now will not return emails or phone calls they must have flagged my number because every time I call they just disconnect me. I should have had a red flag when I was spent $30 on kids bath bombs do not order from them!

I place an order with aooty on April 3 and they scam me out of 31.95. A few days later after my purchase I learn that everything about them is fake and a scam. Like the emails the so call receipt. They tell me my delivery time is April 29 2020 but they don’t tell me if the order has been shipped or not. The calls drop when I call. A woman name Sara sends a email but they don’t respond to nothing else. I need help getting my money back. And I think they have my pay pal account info like my card number. I need help ASAP

this place is a complete scam. they certainly take your money quick enough but never see any product. supposed to have shipping in a day…. fat chance. email twice, no rely. when you get on the phone it eventually hangs up on you. one time it even said "sorry you are having issues, goodbye".
