Type of a scam Online Purchase

Ordered quilt from anvyprint.com. Order never arrived. Tried to contact them and received a badly written email stating to be patient as they had a backlog of orders. Finally got a USPS tracking number that doesn’t work. Anvyprint addressed the non working tracking— “if tracking # doesn’t work, contact the carrier.” By the way, they immediately got my money. No communication from them on recent emails to them. This is a foreign fake scam site. I will contact post office to get their take on this. Will be contacting credit card company to report this. Ugly situation.
