Type of a scam Utility

A man named Anthony called from 225-289-7553 stating that he was with Entergy. He said that Entergy was replacing meters in our area but there must be a zero balance on the bill. He said they had mailed out notices on the 10th telling us what would happen. He then said that the only way to resolve this issue was to pay the bill by a MoneyGram Express from Wal-Mart. He gave me a Work Order # and an access code. We told him we would only pay at an Entergy bill location and he became irate telling us that we would be disconnected if not paid by 3:30 pm. We called Entergy to verify and they said that it was a scam and we were in no danger of being disconnected.
