Type of a scam Online Purchase

On 04/24/2020 I ordered this item for my nieces’ graduation (#1076) through a link on Facebook. She was promoted to 6th Grade and loves Stitch. I received the email confirmations on 04/24/2020 and as you can see by my bank statement for April 2020 the money was taken out on 04/24/2020. When you click on the View your order box you are given the tracking # RV430950359CN but when you track it there is no information to be found. I wrote to the website animekingco.gmail.com which is provided on the bottom of the order and I received no answer.

I have additional back up to prove my case but cannot post here due to account #’s.
