I ordered a cat bed on June 8, 2020 for our new kitten but after waiting over a week for a confirmation that the order had shipped, I sent an email asking to cancel my order. Immediately after, I got a response with a tracking number. Clicked the number and there’s no information. After several days of checking the confirmation number, there was finally an update that a carrier had delivered the order to a facility in KY but USPS cannot confirm receipt of the item. I tried emailing again but haven’t received a response. I’m not sure what to do at this point except to call my credit card company and report this as fraudulent.

Its definitely a scam shopping website. First of all, they cancelled one of the items I ordered and only shipped out the non-returnable item. (Now I knew the trick). The item I ordered and they sell in the shop website pictures is a cat scratch post, but what I received is a pack of green rope and it is not even the same kind of rope shown in the pictures. And it took 6 weeks to deliver. I contacted with them and they said its cannot be returned because of hygiene reasons. Their trick is only send the customers non-returnable products and good luck with getting the same items you saw on the website.
