I purchased a schnauzher puppy through them on 08/09/2020. It was suppossed to ship to me in Missouri on Saturday August 15th. As Saturday was approching I never recieved a tracking number for a flight which I paid all ahead of time through Cash App to the name Kim Bowers for 800.00. He would not answer any of my phone calls then on Saturday morning mid morning I get a text that says this :the delivery agency is insisting that before he goes on plane we must put him in a Geo-thermal crate because of the Corona virus and the bad weather conditions. The agency is asking $900 for the crate but it’s 100% refundable. They say its the normal rule set aside by the government to insure that if anything happens to the puppy while with them the shall pay for the entire cost of the puppy and the incoviniences. And they’re saying the reason the very strict regarding that now is as a result of the change in temperature. How ever the say if the entire process goes smoothly when the puppy is being delivered to your address. The money would be refunded to you in cash by the delivery agent You just need a valid Driver license or a state issued ID card in order to get the refund Am so sorry for the inconveniences but the agency insisted we use the crate for the safety of the pup.

I responded with NO Way and this is a scam and I want my returned today. I never heard from him again. I had a cell phone number for the man named on the Puppy Contract and I probably called it 50 times. Yesterday the 18th he accidently answered it and when I told him who I was and I wanted to know when I could expect my money he just hung up on me and within an hour that phone had been shut off, no longer in service. I’m planning on making a police report today. I just didn’t know what to do until another breeder advised me to get on here and file a complaint with you all and the National Trade. I’m just sick I’m a single mother with a handicapped child and I have bought puppies online before and picked them up at the airport with no problem. There website looks legit and as a matter of fact I filled out another form last night under just a bogus name asking about a different dog and they emailed my other email account immediately sending this :[email protected]

I have not responded again to them because I was basically testing there website to see if they shut it down or if there still scamming people, and apparently they are they jumped right at the chance to sell me another pup. I’m attatching the puppy contract but I also have about 20 emails from throughtout the week while in contact with them about the pup and asking for shipping informaiton if you would like to have copies of them I would be happy to send them to you per your request. I don’t know how you can catch them other than there site is still up and running and they respond to it immediately.
