Type of a scam Employment

I received the attached check with instructions for purchasing Google Play Cards. I did not sign up for the survey nor provide a physical address for the scammers to send the priority mail package to. The check looked legitimate but when I checked the routing number, it was fake. Not totally sure the Credit Union was legitimate because the first 3 extensions I reached was not working or no one answered.
