The associates at the office have all personally received notice of deceased relatives that nobody knew they had in London that have policies to cash out worth millions of dollars. The fax is to solicit consent to partner for this individual to claim the funds of the policies in question and they ask for a 45% cut plus an additional 10% to "donate to charity organization". Cursory reassurance is given in the letter about how no laws are being broken and that the process will be expedited with speed. However, when you look up the real Jonathan Frankel of Angel Lawyers they do not deal with life insurance claims only litigations. The address and contact information are all different from what was provided on the fax.
