Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

This job was provided by craiglist, my supervisor’s name is Chester Eduardo, I was advised to be trained using "hangout" for a week and a check of $2,200 was going to be given to me to buy office supplies and equipment. i would be paid $22/hr after training. The company is called " Anchor Systems Inc". I also had to email them once i received check by fedex, that email is [email protected] . I will not deposit the check, i will take it to my bank and have them have it for their records. I have told "chester" on hangouts that i will be turning in the check to my bank to have them take a look at it first.
