Was informed I won but not officially until I returned document. It included premium offer which I chose to ignore and now have response pushing for that $12.99 for premium offer in order to qualify. So I looked up the info on here (BBB) and something aught to be done. I nearly sent them my ccard info for fee payment. Glad I came to my senses !! William McDougal is the name signed and there is a reference to a(Mr John McNabb), confirming my $2,000,000.00 if my number matches therir record of winner.
