Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

I recently received the attached letter and a check made out to me for $1800 to be part of a evaluation survey. The check look legitimate and is actually a cashiers check from Washington Federal. I do not remember applying for

any survey or evaluation. I would like to have you look at it to determine if this is a legitimate business and not

a scam.
